Distribution Mgr is $10,000 added to SOS, or $25,000 on its own. TNET shop-floor data collection is $7,000 plus terminals. All of it together is $42,000. Those prices cover up to 15 users. The only number quoted separately is the data conversion.
Shops that still have their system's table layouts and reachable data land near the $8,000 end. The $20,000 end is the other extreme: a system nobody documented, on a box nobody can reach. Either way it is one flat number, quoted after we look at a sample of your data. No hourly meter and no change orders once the number is in writing.
No. SOS runs the shop floor and the shared core: inventory, customers, vendors, purchasing. Distribution Mgr adds the wholesale order desk. It is $10,000 when you buy it with SOS, or $25,000 on its own if distribution is all you do. Both are perpetual licenses.
No. SOS includes a time-keeping kiosk that runs in a browser on any Windows PC or iPad on the floor. TNET adds dedicated terminals with bar-code readers for shops that want purpose-built hardware at each work center.
There are no per-seat tiers. The published prices cover up to 15 users, which is the size of shop the system is built and supported for. Adding the new estimator or the part-timer never changes your bill. If you have more than 15 people who need to log in, talk to us and we'll quote it.
Up to 24 hours with SOS, delivered virtually over Microsoft Teams, scheduled around your shop. Add Distribution Mgr and that becomes 32 hours. Training is aimed at the people who will run the system day to day, and the built-in documentation covers the rest. If you would rather have us on site, that is billed at prevailing hourly rates plus travel.
Not included, and deliberately so: the system runs in a cloud account you own, so your data is never in our hands. On DigitalOcean that is about $50 a month for a shop this size, and we set it up for you during installation. You can also host it on a server in your own building.
Yes. New versions are included with the perpetual license for as long as you run the code as we delivered it. You own the source and you can change it, but once you have customized the code yourself, an update has to be merged with your changes, and that work is quoted.
Installation includes 90 days of go-live support, and email support is included for the first year. After that, support is per incident at our hourly rate, and any on-site work is at prevailing hourly rates plus travel. There is no subscription and no contract. Your data is always yours: full export, any time.
