Shop Office Software is a product of Affari Associates, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the information we collect through this marketing website. It does not cover data inside the SOS application itself, which is governed by your customer agreement.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a demo, request the migration checklist, or contact us, we collect what you enter: typically your name, company, email, phone, and details about the system you run.
- Usage information. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used (page views, referring source, and campaign parameters). We do not sell this data.
How we use it
- To respond to demo requests, checklist downloads, and questions.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, so we can improve the site.
- To follow up about a conversion or demo you asked for. We do not run a drip campaign.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you (for example, our form/automation and scheduling tools). We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics
Our page-view counter is cookieless. If you accept the cookie notice, we additionally use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and records session interactions (clicks, scrolls, and page movement) to show us where the site is confusing; decline the notice and no such recording happens. Where we use campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) to understand where visitors come from, that information is tied to the request you submit so we can attribute genuine interest, not to build a cross-site advertising profile.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted through this site. Email [email protected] and a real person will handle it.
Data retention & security
