How can we help?

Search this site — the migration guides, FAQs, and every page — or skip it and talk to the people who built the system. Product documentation lives inside your SOS, one click from any screen.

Mon–Fri, US business hours — a real person, not a script.

FAQ

Answers to the common ones.

How do I get help while I’m working?

Help is built into SOS. Every screen has how-to articles and Q&A you can search without leaving what you’re doing, plus tool tips throughout. If you’d rather talk, reach us on Microsoft Teams or call — you get someone who can answer real questions about your setup.

Do you offer training for new hires?

Yes. We onboard your team on your own converted data, and new hires learn one job at a time on their own screens. Because the screens run in a browser, most people are productive in hours instead of months on a green screen.

How do updates work — will one break my setup?

SOS is web-based, so improvements reach every customer automatically. There is no version to install and no upgrade project. You always run the current release without a migration weekend.

Where does my data live, and how is it backed up?

In your own cloud account, in your name — most customers run on DigitalOcean, or you can host on any cloud platform you already use. The hosting provider runs and patches the data centers, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and the managed database service handles daily backups. You own the account; we help you set it up and support it.

Can I get my data back out?

Always. The database underneath is open-source PostgreSQL — a standard any reporting tool or database person can work with — and it lives in your own cloud account. You can export everything on demand in CSV and standard formats. There is no lock-in and no ransom to leave — your records are yours.

Do I need IT staff to run SOS?

No. SOS runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install or maintain on your side. You don’t need a server closet or a consultant on retainer to keep it running.

Something looks wrong — how do I report a bug or request a change?

Ping us on Microsoft Teams, report it from inside the app, or call. You reach the people who actually built SOS, so fixes and changes go straight to the team that can make them, not a ticket queue.

How fast can we go live?

Weeks, not months. We convert your customers, parts, pricing, and history into a sandbox you verify yourself, then set a go-live date with the conversion team on the phone that week. See the migration page for the full process.

Still stuck? Chat with us on Microsoft Teams, call 561-260-5516, or email us — a person answers.

Not a customer yet?

See it running on your own data first.

Bring a data extract and we'll show you your customers, parts, and order history inside SOS before you commit to anything.
